Ariana Resources (GB:AAU) has released an update.
Ariana Resources has announced a merger with Rockover Holdings Limited, aiming to acquire the Dokwe Gold Project in Zimbabwe, which could substantially increase its gold resource base. The all-share merger will issue new shares to Rockover shareholders, with Ariana’s existing shareholders owning 62.5% of the enlarged entity. Additionally, Ariana intends to dual-list on the Australian Securities Exchange in 2024 to attract a wider investor base and enhance market visibility.
