Arhaus (ARHS) has shared an update.
Arhaus, Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors to ten members with the appointment of Stuart B. Burgdoerfer, a seasoned financial professional with extensive leadership experience, as an independent director. Burgdoerfer, who has held executive roles at L Brands and served as interim CEO of Victoria’s Secret, brings a wealth of expertise to Arhaus’ Audit Committee. With a background that includes serving on various boards and in senior financial positions at notable companies, his tenure as a director is set until the 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, where he will be eligible for re-election. His director compensation aligns with that of his non-employee peers at Arhaus.
