Argentex Group PLC, a provider of currency management and payment solutions, has announced a Retail Offer of new ordinary shares to raise approximately £3.25 million alongside a Placing. The new shares are available to UK retail investors through the BookBuild Platform at 45 pence each, with an expected trading commencement on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange on May 13, 2024. The offer aims to allow retail investors to participate directly in the company’s growth, with a minimum subscription of £200 and a closing date for the offer set at May 9, 2024.
