David Greenwood, a director of Argent Minerals Limited, has updated his interest in the company’s securities, acquiring an additional 555,555 fully paid ordinary shares and 185,185 unlisted options, alongside a direct acquisition of 5,000,000 performance rights. The transactions, valued at $5,000 for the shares, occurred subsequent to shareholder approval at the general meeting on 9 April 2024, with no securities disposed of in the process. Post-transaction, Greenwood holds 1,000,000 unlisted options, 8,500,000 performance rights, and an indirect interest in 555,555 ordinary shares and 185,185 options.
