Arena REIT has announced a stable mid-year financial position for 2024, with no significant change in portfolio valuation or Net Asset Value per security since the end of 2023. The company’s property portfolio, which includes 59 early learning center assets and six healthcare assets, boasts a 99.7% occupancy rate and a long average lease expiry of 18.4 years. Additionally, Arena REIT has actively managed its portfolio, acquiring and divesting properties while benefiting from positive macroeconomic trends in Australia’s childcare sector.
