Arena REIT has announced a quarterly distribution of 4.35 cents per stapled security for the period ending March 2024, with payment to be made on 9 May 2024. The distribution details are specifically intended for custodians and intermediary investors for tax purposes, and not for Australian resident individual investors’ tax returns. Arena REIT’s portfolio focuses on social infrastructure properties within the childcare and healthcare sectors.
