Arecor Therapeutics PLC has announced a delay in the publication of its full-year financial results for 2023, previously scheduled for May 7, 2024, due to the need for additional time by auditor Grant Thornton UK LLP to complete standard procedures. The new date for the release of results is set for the week commencing May 13, 2024. The company is known for its work in enhancing existing therapeutic products through its proprietary Arestat™ technology platform.
