Ardiden Ltd has announced the final director’s interest notice for Greg Romain, who ceased to be a director on 13 May 2024. Romain held 174,418 Performance Rights and 58,139 Options in the company, both set to expire on 24 April 2027, which will lapse unexercised at the end of his employment. No further interests in securities or contracts were reported.
