Ardiden Limited has announced that CEO Greg Romain will step down on May 13, 2024, with CFO Tara Robson stepping in as interim CEO during a broader company restructuring. Romain will assist in the transition until May 31, after which Robson will oversee day-to-day operations with additional board support. The company is concurrently focusing on advancing the Pickle Lake Gold Project and exploring new opportunities for shareholder value.
