ARCpoint Inc. has announced a private placement aiming to raise C$1.5 million by selling up to 20 million shares at C$0.075 each. The funds from this offering, which is pending regulatory approval, will be allocated towards operational expenses, marketing, and enhancing investor relations. The securities are not registered under the U.S. Securities Act and are subject to a four-month hold period in Canada.
