ARCpoint Inc. has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising $1,004,175 by selling class A subordinate voting shares, with the net proceeds aimed at covering operational expenses and enhancing investor relations. Additionally, the company has proposed extending the expiry date of certain Share purchase warrants to increase long-term investment potential, pending TSX Venture Exchange approval.
