Archer Aviation Inc. announces CFO Mark Mesler’s temporary medical leave starting September 9, 2024, with an expected return in early 2025. Priya Gupta, the company’s VP of Finance, will take over as acting CFO. Gupta brings experience from previous senior finance roles at companies like Volansi, Inc., and Bloom Energy Corporation, and has no conflicts of interest regarding her new appointment. Additionally, a recent court order mandates immediate exercisability of shares from a warrant issued to Wisk Aero LLC, along with a daily prejudgment interest payment to Wisk, as part of a settlement agreement with Archer and Boeing Company.
