ArcelorMittal Announces $1 Billion Notes Offering

ArcelorMittal (MT) has released an update.

ArcelorMittal is set to issue $1 billion in notes, with a $500 million 6.000% due in 2034 and another $500 million at 6.350% due in 2054, engaging several underwriters including J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs. The securities will be sold at slightly below their principal value, with the offering scheduled to close on June 17, 2024. The company plans for a public offering of these securities promptly after the underwriting agreement’s effectiveness.
