ARC Resources Shareholders Approve Key Resolutions

Arc Resources (OTC) (TSE:ARX) has released an update.

ARC Resources Ltd. successfully passed all proposed resolutions at their Annual and General Meeting, with shareholders showing strong support for the appointment of board members, auditor confirmation, and executive compensation plans. The resolutions included overwhelming approval percentages for the election of the 10 board members and the reappointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the company’s auditors. The executive compensation approach also received a notably high approval rate from shareholders.
