Arc Minerals Limited has issued 2,094,000 new ordinary shares at a price of 1.7498 each to creditors in lieu of cash payment for services. These shares are expected to be admitted for trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange around 16 August 2024, after which the company will have a total of 1,448,108,263 voting rights. The new shares will be on equal footing with existing shares, including dividend rights.
