This strategic acquisition, which involved Arbor issuing 1.5 million common shares to the sole shareholder of KLL, expands the company’s lithium project portfolio without incurring any finder’s fees or commissions. Arbor Metals continues to fortify its position in the mining exploration sector, with a focus on high-value lithium projects.
