Aquis Exchange PLC has made a block listing application to the London Stock Exchange and Aquis Growth Market for issuing over half a million new ordinary shares to meet obligations from option exercises and contingent share awards under its 2020 EMI Option Share Scheme. These new shares will be on par with existing shares and are expected to be admitted on 22 May 2024. Aquis is a financial market innovator offering various stock exchange and technology services.
