Aquis Exchange Grants Stock Options to Executives

Aquis Exchange Plc (GB:AQX) has released an update.

Aquis Exchange PLC has issued nearly 587,000 options to its executive directors following their 2024 Annual General Meeting, with the options exercisable at a 25% premium over the average share price and subject to vesting and holding periods. CEO Alasdair Haynes and CFO Richard Fisher were the recipients of these options which will vest over three years and are bound by additional conditions as per the company’s governance policies.
