Aquila Energy Efficiency Trust PLC has announced a Tender Offer to repurchase up to £17.5 million of its Ordinary Shares at a fixed price of 94.28 pence per share, a significant premium over the recent closing price. The offer allows shareholders to tender up to 18.6% of their holdings, providing an opportunity to liquidate part of their investment without brokerage fees. Shareholders must decide whether to participate by May 10, 2024, with a General Meeting scheduled for May 13 to approve the resolution.
