Aquila Acquisition Corp. has announced a delay in dispatching its circular regarding the De-SPAC Transaction, originally expected by mid-June 2024, due to additional time needed for obtaining regulatory approvals. The circular is now anticipated to be sent to shareholders before the end of August 2024, with the EGM to follow by mid-September. Shareholders are advised to exercise caution and consult professional advisors as the transactions are subject to approval and there’s no certainty of completion.
