Aptorum Group (APM) has released an update.
Aptorum Group Limited has announced an amendment to extend the term of its Merger Agreement with YOOV Group Holding Limited, originally dated March 1, 2024. The updated Termination Date for the merger is now set for December 31, 2024. All other terms of the agreement remain unchanged, and the amendment signifies both parties’ ongoing commitment to finalize the merger.
