Aptitude Software Group plc, a leader in finance transformation software, has conducted a share buyback, purchasing 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 370 pence each on the London Stock Exchange, which will be held in treasury. Following the transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is now reduced to 57,027,498. The market is informed that further buyback transactions will be announced as they occur.
