Aptitude Software Group plc, a company at the forefront of finance transformation software, has recently repurchased 10,000 of its own shares at a price of 361 pence each, as part of its Share Buyback Programme announced earlier this year. These shares will be held in treasury, reducing the total number of shares in issue to 56,952,498. The company aims to enhance shareholder value and will report further purchases in the future.
