This acquisition signals APS’s entry into the eco-friendly tech space with the development of zero-carbon data centers in Southeast Asia, aiming to meet the region’s growing digital sector demands while minimizing environmental impact. APS plans to utilize Mobii Genius’ proprietary green technology, which includes carbon-neutral computing equipment and energy-saving algorithms, to drive sustainable growth and shareholder value.
