APQ Global Limited informed shareholders that it will miss the 28 June 2024 deadline to publish its annual report for the year ended 31 December 2023, which will result in the suspension of trading of its shares on AIM from 1 July 2024. The company is actively working to finalize its audit and intends to release the annual report by mid-July 2024.
