APQ Global Limited has provided an update on its refinancing efforts and proposed an initial payment to CULS Holders upon maturity, following feedback from stakeholders. The company has actively engaged with over 10 counterparties for refinancing and has committed to repaying CULS Holders as quickly as possible, with plans to secure a financing facility by the end of FY24. Additionally, APQ Global has invested $12.45m in its financial advisory business, Delphos, and intends to retain sufficient capital to support ongoing operations and hedge currency liabilities.
