Applyflow Announces Major Director Holdings Shift

Applyflow Limited (AU:AFW) has released an update.

Applyflow Limited, soon to be renamed FMR Resources Ltd, has disclosed a significant change in the interests of director Steven Papadopoulos. Following a capital consolidation, Papadopoulos’s holdings have been substantially reduced, now owning fewer ordinary shares and unlisted options. This corporate reshuffle reflects adjustments in directorial stakes, although no new acquisitions or disposals were reported.
