Applus Services, S.A. is set to be delisted from Spanish stock exchanges following a successful acquisition offer by Amber EquityCo, S.L.U. The offer targets 27.62% of the company’s share capital at a price of 12.78 euros per share, with the remaining shares already immobilized by the offeror. This move will see Applus Services’ shares removed from public trading once the transaction is settled.
