Applied Materials, Inc. has appointed Adam Sanders as the new Vice President, Corporate Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer, effective March 4, 2024. Succeeding the interim officer Charles Read, Sanders brings extensive experience from within the company, having served as Semiconductor Segment Group CFO since June 2023 and in various finance roles since 1999. His remuneration includes a $340,000 base salary, the potential for a 50% bonus, and a long-term incentive of $400,000 in restricted stock units, with a structured vesting period contingent on continued employment. Sanders has no family ties with company directors and has not been part of any related person transactions.
