Appili Therapeutics Inc. has issued a correction to a previous press release regarding the proposed financial terms of their arrangement with Aditxt, Inc. The corrected terms now state that shareholders will receive $0.0467 in cash per Class A common share instead of the previously stated $0.467. This amendment alters the cash consideration but leaves the rest of the initial release unchanged.
