Appia Rare Earths & Uranium Corp. has announced a non-brokered private placement to raise approximately $1,022,000 through the sale of working capital units and critical mineral flow-through units. The funds will support the company’s exploration projects in Brazil and Canada, enhancing its strategic positioning in the rare earths and uranium markets.
