AppFolio, Inc. has recently acquired LiveEasy, a concierge platform, for approximately $80 million and plans to integrate its services into AppFolio’s FolioSpace application. This acquisition is part of AppFolio’s strategy to enhance its offerings in the real estate industry and follows a strong third quarter where the company reported a 24% increase in revenue, reaching $206 million. Additionally, AppFolio announced the departure of its CFO, Fay Sien Goon, with Tim Eaton stepping in as interim CFO. The company is optimistic about its future financial performance, projecting significant revenue growth for the fiscal year 2024.
