Apollo Global Management, Inc. has scheduled its 2024 annual stockholders’ meeting for June 24, 2024, with an April 25, 2024 record date for stockholder entitlement. Stockholder proposals for inclusion in the proxy materials must be received by February 29, 2024, and proxy access nominations between February 25 and March 26, 2024. Additional proposals and director nominations for presentation at the meeting must adhere to bylaw requirements and notice procedures, with a deadline of March 26, 2024, for submissions. Proxy solicitations require notice by April 25, 2024, and all relevant materials should be sent to the Company’s Secretary at their New York office.
