APM Shareholders Greenlight Acquisition Deal

APM Human Services International Limited (AU:APM) has released an update.

Shareholders of APM Human Services International Limited have overwhelmingly approved the acquisition of the company by Ancora BidCo Pty Ltd, an entity controlled by Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC. The approval came through two resolutions passed with over 90% of the votes in favor during the General and Scheme Meetings. The acquisition scheme is now pending approval from the Supreme Court of New South Wales, with implementation expected to commence on 10 October 2024.
