APM Director Adjusts Shareholdings

APM Human Services International Limited (AU:APM) has released an update.

APM Human Services International Limited director Megan Kyla Wynne has reported a change in her shareholding, as required by the ASX listing rules. Wynne disposed of 225,568 Performance Rights, with no change to her substantial direct and indirect holdings in fully paid ordinary shares. The Performance Rights disposed of had an Indexed Total Shareholder Return Performance Vesting Condition, set to expire in December 2036.
