Apex Resources Inc. has announced the imminent resumption of trading of its shares and the conditional approval from the TSX Venture Exchange for its acquisition of Lithium Creek Property in Nevada. Alongside, the company is adjusting its private placement to raise $630,000, with each unit including a share and a purchase warrant. These developments come with the anticipation of finalizing the acquisition and financing mid to late this month.
