APA Group (AU:APA) has released an update.
APA Group has announced the receipt of shareholder resolutions ahead of their Annual Meeting scheduled for 24th October 2024. The resolutions, proposed by a minor fraction of securityholders, suggest amendments to the Trust’s constitution and request a report on APA’s capital expenditure in relation to its climate commitments. The APA Board is currently reviewing these resolutions and will provide their response and recommendations in the upcoming Notice of Meeting.
