APA Group has notified the ASX of a change in director Adam Watson’s interest, with the acquisition of 39,133 ordinary stapled securities following the vesting of performance rights and the lapsing of 64,184 performance rights under the company’s Equity Incentive Plan. Additionally, Watson has been offered participation in the Short Term Incentive Plan for FY25, which provides cash and/or securities based on performance. These changes have affected both his direct and indirect holdings within the company.
