Aon Confirms Leadership Roles and Shareholder Decisions

Aon (AON) has shared an announcement.

Aon Corporation has extended Gregory C. Case’s international assignment agreement until June 30, 2025, and has entered into a transition agreement with Christa Davies, who will continue as CFO until July 29, 2024, before transitioning to a senior advisor role until May 31, 2026. During this period, Davies will receive a base salary and benefits, with certain conditions on her equity awards and eligibility for a pro-rata bonus for 2024. Additionally, Aon’s 2024 Annual General Meeting saw the approval of all director nominees and executive compensation, the ratification of Ernst & Young as the independent auditor, and the authorization of the Board to issue shares and opt-out of pre-emption rights.
