ANZ Group Holdings’ 2024 Annual General Meeting saw the election of new directors Mr. S A St John and Mr. R B M Gibb, and the re-election of Ms. C E O’Reilly. The adoption of the Remuneration Report was approved despite receiving a significant number of opposing votes, marking a first strike under the Corporations Act. Additionally, a member-requisitioned amendment to the Constitution was not passed.
