On February 8, 2024, the Board of a company expanded from 12 to 13 members, appointing the 35-year-old Mr. Lenz as a director, effective February 13, 2024, until the upcoming Annual Meeting. Recognized as an independent director, Mr. Lenz will also serve on the board of the subsidiary Anywhere Real Estate Group LLC without compensation. This appointment follows a debt exchange transaction the company conducted on August 24, 2023, which involved issuing new notes to Angelo Gordon, the firm where Mr. Lenz is Co-Head of Research of Credit Solutions.
