Antofagasta Welcomes New Audit Committee Member

Antofagasta (GB:ANTO) has released an update.

Antofagasta PLC has announced the appointment of Tracey Kerr to its Audit and Risk Committee, effective from September 1, 2024. Kerr, who has been an Independent Non-Executive Director with the company since January 2024, will now play a significant role in overseeing the company’s financial integrity and risk management.
