Antofagasta Plc (UK) (GB:ANTO) has released an update.
Antofagasta Plc has successfully priced a substantial issuance of $750 million Senior Unsecured Notes at a rate of 6.250%, maturing in 2034. The proceeds from the sale are earmarked for general corporate activities, including the strategic repayment of existing debt. The settlement of the Notes is expected to take place on May 2, 2024, following regulatory approvals for trading on the London Stock Exchange.
