Antler Gold Inc. has announced an extension to the signing date for a definitive option agreement with Fortress Asset Management for the Erongo Central Gold Project in Namibia. The deal, which would allow Fortress to acquire a full interest in the project, includes a $5.5 million payment and $6 million in exploration spending, with Antler retaining a 2% royalty and operational control. Antler Gold has obtained shareholder approval and is finalizing the agreement, which promises to bolster the company’s gold and rare earth element portfolio.
