Antilles Gold Limited has announced plans to settle the remaining balance on two convertible notes amid a dispute with the note holder over non-compliant share sales. The company asserts that the note holder sold security shares in violation of the agreed terms and is considering redeeming the outstanding amount without drawing on another scheduled note. Additionally, Antilles Gold is exploring potential claims for damages against the note holder for their conduct.
