Brian Godfrey Johnson, Director of Antilles Gold Limited, has recently altered his holdings through off-market trades affecting three entities where he holds indirect interests. The changes, dated 3 July 2024, include a disposal of 8,250,000 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares by Moonstar Investments Pty Ltd and an acquisition of the same number by Hawthorne Pty Ltd, with a deal value of $33,000. Post-transaction, Moonstar’s interest stands at 62,010,000 shares and Hawthorne’s at 33,250,000, with both entities having several listed options.
