AnteoTech Ltd has announced a share purchase plan (SPP) and a placement offer, allowing shareholders to buy new shares at $0.025 each, with an option to acquire additional shares at a later date. Eligible shareholders will also receive free options exercisable at $0.035 within two years, and bonus options exercisable at $0.05 if used within 12 months. The offers aim to align with shareholders’ financial goals and are detailed in the company’s Prospectus available on their and the ASX’s websites.
