AnteoTech Ltd has successfully concluded its Share Purchase Plan (SPP), raising around $1.4 million, surpassing its $1 million target with the support of oversubscriptions from shareholders. The funds will primarily enhance the company’s clean energy initiatives in Europe and strengthen its market position by scaling up infrastructure and pursuing key customer opportunities. The newly raised capital complements the $5.4 million already secured from a recent placement to institutional and sophisticated investors.
