AnteoTech Ltd has announced the commencement of its Share Purchase Plan (SPP), allowing eligible shareholders to apply for up to $50,000 worth of new shares at $0.025 each. The company aims to raise an additional $1.0 million, with provisions for oversubscriptions beyond this target. The offer, detailed in an attached Prospectus, is now open and will close on 3 May 2024.
