Antengene Corporation Limited has announced the retirement of Mr. John F. Chin, the company’s executive Director and Chief Business Officer, effective from August 1, 2024. Mr. Chin, who is leaving without any disagreements with the Board, will continue as a consultant for the company post-retirement. The Board has expressed appreciation for Chin’s contributions during his tenure.
